How We Work
When you place an order online, our team personally selects and inspects each plant before packaging. We use custom protective packaging designed for live plants — including moisture control, root protection, and sturdy containers — to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via UPS with full tracking.
